Puff Design

We engineer 3D Puff files with the correct "capping" and density to cleanly slice foam and create a bold, raised effect on headwear. For Applique, we provide precise placement and tack-down lines for tackle twill and jersey overlays. Both styles are machine-tested in-house to ensure your foam stays covered and your fabric edges remain flawlessly secure during high-speed runs.
